Nogaro Blue
AudiThe 1994 RS 2 could be ordered in Nogaro Blue. Twenty years later, Audi brought the pearl blue back into focus with the RS 4 Avant Nogaro selection. That link gives the colour more history than its bright blue appearance suggests.

The race reference predates the RS 2
Audi’s 2014 anniversary account traces Nogaro Blue to its victories at the Nogaro circuit in the 1993 French Touring Car Championship. The same account then documents the optional colour on the RS 2 introduced in 1994. Those dates describe the tribute and the model example, rather than a complete production history or proof of an unchanged formula.
